Dr. Roussel grew up in Destrehan, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Science from Louisiana State University, and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from L.S.U. Health Sciences Center in New Orleans with clinical experience in acute care rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and pediatrics.
